Looks like a awesome app.. but after I created an account and I logged off and tried to log back in I received and error stating "my account has been disabled". And there is no customer service contact to reach out to. How can this be fixed?

It started off good, until I went to sign up for an account. I verified my email and it disabled my account before I was even able to begin. Couldnt reach out for help, because there is no contact person. Wth?
